Patch of Land issues
Has anyone else had major issues with investments at Patch of Land? My debt investment has been in foreclosure for over 3 years, platform will not respond at all. The website has stop providing updates. Is there any recourse for this? If the investment is a total loss, I'd at least like to write it off on my taxes, but can not get anyone to respond.
