Great Deal! Lender Won’t Finance!!
So this is pretty much a very exciting time in my life. My wife and I made an offer on a package deal for two houses in Mexico, MO. We had talked to the lender prior and they gave us a good figure to work with. Now, we’re under contract but the lender will only finance ONE!! I mean the numbers work but they just won’t factor in rental income...with a loan amount THEY gave us! Looking for another lender and considering private money but it’s hard to find one. Any pointers? Please!
