FHA - required live in time
If you want to get an FHA loan on a rental house how long are you required to live in that house before you rent it out? Also, will you be able to go out and get another FHA loan for your next house wether it's a rental or personal residence?

Hey Nate,
The required living time is 1 year. You can only have 1 FHA loan at a time. However, you could refinance your FHA loan into a conventional loan and regain the ability to buy another house with an FHA loan. Message me if this doesn't make sense.
Best,
