looking to HELOC a rental but already have 2 open...

Anyone know of a bank/credit union that will HELOC a free and clear rental when I already have 2 open? 1 on my primary, and another on a different rental. my bank will only do a third HELOC if it is on a vacation property. I'm in OHIO. thanks to all in advance for leads!
