Advise on best move Forward
Hello , I want to thank you for looking at this post !
I am a 26 year old investor who currently owns a duplex cash flowing $1300 a month . With Covid, rates are low so i am in the process of refinancing my fha loan but also looking for advise on purchasing more investment properties. Currently have 50k cash but was given advise to wait since house prices are inflated . What are your thoughts ?
