Should I buy the lot next door?

I just closed on my first deal. I am actively trying to rent it. But still have not. The lot next door to my property just went FSBO. I still haven't made any cash flow yet but what is everyone's opinion on purchasing it? It is very cheap. Is there a lot of value in adding additional lot space?
