Hello,

I’m considering investing/rental property in Baltimore city. I’ll be property with 2-3 bedrooms/$250K maximum. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

What advice can guys give me about Baltimore? I’m first time investor so I want advice from experts all of you.

Thank you

If you don't know Baltimore City, you need to find someone that does to help you. Neighborhoods and property values can vary wildly in as little of a distance as block to block.
