What is Your LTV at for Your Portfolio?

I often see investors with a lot of equity in their portfolio, and if your goal is to grow, your goal should consist of refinancing that equity out. If your goal is to grow, the moment your properties are under 60% LTV, it would be ideal to refi cash-out (assuming property values are at least $150k so the spread is enough to cover the costs)

I know some people like to refi when it's half, so around 50% LTV. If your goal is not to grow, but instead to minimize debt, then it makes sense to leave it be. I'm just curious what LTV people are sitting on and when you typically refi cash-out.
