Hello Like-Minded Friends!

I am moving out of Southern California and heading back to the North East (home). My intention is to buy some cash flowing property in NH, preferably in the seacoast area but open to other options. 

I know the pandemic has shifted where people are living these days, so I feel as though what I know about this area has changed greatly since I left. Has anybody else experienced that????

I would LOVE to connect with others in the area.
