I'm interested in investing in Detroit, through www.buildingdetroit.org. I live in NY. It'd be my first BRRRR. Any thoughts?

If you want to invest in Detroit I would recommend you move here.  I just don’t see out of state investing working in Detroit.  You will need to put sweat equity in the deal and oversee every aspect of everything.  Just my 2 cents.
