I have recently purchased a 8 unit property in need of repair. They are all currently rented. I have about 100,000 in equity. I need some direction on making the repairs. I have been trying to do them on my own but with a full time job and 3 kids it’s hard to do. Every contractor i have called has been too busy to come out and give me an estimate!
