I am looking for strategies, tips, etc on how to calculate market rents in other markets that I am looking to invest in. If you have any tips for that, please drop them below!

Rely heavily on the local team you build up and stick to the first page of rentals on Zillow, they seem to have a lot of high fliers on there.
