Know other investors

One of the smartest things I ever did was make friends with other investors. It benefits me because I can get insights on vendors . I can ask about their experiences with a particular pm or realtor. They can tell me if a block is a bad part of town. I get feedback on investing strategies. I have even gotten history about a property. Other investors have saved me from doing bad business decisions all the time. I strongly suggest each investor should have a network of at least 5 other investors.
