Newbie needs Help with FHA 203K Credit score requirements and Options

Currently I am trying to apply for a FHA 203k Loan. My plan is to purchase a multi- family home. My credit score is currently 641 but I am unable to find a lender in Columbus Ohio that deals with 203K loan.

1. Where can I find lenders that would, finance a 203K loan with my credit score?
2. If I do not qualify for the 203k loan what other options do I have to start my journey in real estate?
