What Is The Next Generation Lease?

The next generation lease for real estate investors is their rooftops!

All national and local cellular carriers are looking to get access to these valuable spaces to put up their 5G antennas. They are looking for primarily flat rooftops that have access to the sky and a sturdy structure to install their equipment.

The carriers need access to millions of rooftops to create a strong web of connectivity to power automation in the United States.

When leases are down the rooftop lease becomes a great way to bring revenue and value to real estate properties.

    Replied

I actually just applied for a few of our buildings to install some towers.  I think its a great way to add an additional income stream.
