Auction.com help i don't want to make a mistake on my first deal!
How do you find out what specific leans/fines you have to pay on a property that goes to auction that may be out of state. On auction.com it says you have to pay certain leans/fines that may still be attached to the bank-owned property. Please help a rookie out
