Hello, can any one tell me if they know if wholesaling in real estate ever been tried or contested in courts at in time ?

If you mean the idea of buying a distressed property and selling to an investor, absolutely not, no problems.

The issues arise not from the right to sell but how you sell. When you sell can have issues with bank properties/REOs. What claims you make and the disclosures you make or don't make can land you in court. In other words, it's how you do business than can have issues, not the business itself. :)
