I am looking for advice on what id potentially be getting myself into. What legal docs are included. I created informational slide show to pinpoint what my Fund would include. Any information is welcome! Please and thank you!

Hey Ty, first and foremost, be sure to get with a syndication attorney to execute a legal doc called a PPM.
You'll want to have a great offering memorandum put together that goes over your investment thesis, acquisition criteria, team, company overview, and track record.

Good luck!
