Curious if anyone has experience investing in off- or on-market data center deals. From past research related to data center REITS, it sounds like it could be a really interesting area to invest in and could potentially be a strong CF/appreciation play as demand for bandwidth growths. Just having trouble finding examples of individuals and deals in the area. Thanks!
