Real estate investing. I am 19 year old with $20,000.

I am looking for advice or even a partner for real estate investing. I am looking to become financially free some day and I am motivated to do so. I am 19 years old with $20,000 in savings. I know it’s not a lot but I also know it is a good chuck of change. I have been reading a lot of books about real estate investing and I know this is the path I want to take. Since I am only 19 there is no way for me getting a loan because of my job history/length and also my credit history. I know you can get in the game early having someone(me) who has the cash up front and having a partner be the one who gets the loan or even has the cash to buy a house and then the both of you figure out the cash flow. I am really only looking for advice but if you want to help me and partner up with me just leave me a comment!

To have 20K saved up at 19, I think it's safe to say you're obviously doing something right. You're telling us what you want (a partner) but you aren't telling us what you're looking for the partner to do necessarily - just sign on the loan docs?

What do you want a loan for? Short term rental? Long term? Flip?

If you want to become financially free, create a plan that will get you there. You may be a bit young to know how much money you need to be "free", but there's basic calculations you can do to figure that out. Once you have your number, reverse engineer it to find out the RE strategy that you need to put in place.
