Residential loan for multi family

Does anyone know if a bank would give me A residential loan on a multi family building of 5+ units if the property is in a llc and the loan is in my name with the building as a Collateral

it would have to be a commercial loan. 4 units is the max to be considered residential. I am in south jersey if you ever want to invest down this way message me we can chat.

@Dovi Zagelbaum, to keep it simple it would be no, 5+ units or commercially zoned properties require a commercial loan, residential loans are classified for 1-4 units
