Mobile homes as rentals?
There’s a 55+ mobile home park in my town with a few homes for sale. I’m curious if anyone has purchased a mobile home as a rental property and how it’s working out. Is there a downside? I understand I won’t own the land, but this MHP seems to have good occupancy and is maintained well.
Any advice is welcome.
