property has back taxes

What does it say to you if you find properties that are for sale that are owned by a company who hasn't paid the property taxes since 2018 on all of the owned properties?

To me, it really means nothing......nothing that can help you or hurt you, anyway. They simply have to be paid off at closing just like  a Mtg or any other expense.
