Looking for hard money or private lender to work with me on a deal that I have, this is going to be my second property so I am pretty new to the hard money lender process, acquire my 1st small multifamily building 2 years ago by house hacking.

Have you been to your local meetups, either in person or via zoom, and asked around for people in your area that are HMLs?  That'd be the first step.  Best of luck.
