Trouble Refinancing Rental
Hello BP! I have a couple of SFR's and one of them has a TON of equity in it. I've called around and found one of the bigger banks that will do cash out on a rental. While I was chatting with the loan officer, he made it pretty clear that most banks won't do cash out on a rental these days. Has anyone else had success with this process? I wasn't able to go through with that refinance and am trying to find a place that will do it.
