How to find a loan for a rental deal worth it?

Hello,

I got a deal for two properties really good condition for 23k down payment for two mortgages

One is 3.5% down

The other is 15%

I have 12k down and am looking to borrower for the other amount

Both the properties can cash flow and are ready to rent.
