Hello! I am new to Real Estate investing and Bigger Pockets. My fiancé and I bought our home in 2019. Currently, we are researching multi family homes to get an idea of what our cash flow could be per month and how much we would need to put down. What are the pros and cons of getting a Home Equity Loan to use for a down payment? Any other tips on financing our first investment?
