Lawton, OK Rental Market

Im active Duty Military Moving to Latown,OK this summer and am looking to buy for a future rental property.  Im just getting into the game and bought my first house in Tennessee and rented it for a decent profit and wanted to continue this at Lawton. Does anybody have any advice on good areas vs. bad areas and Decent property Managers in the area?
