Modular House for acreage
So I’m about to purchase some raw land just south of Fayetteville, AR. With building materials as high as they are currently, I was thinking about possibly buying some kind of modern modular home for the property to eventually Airbnb.
Was wondering if anyone on the board has gone this route as opposed to regular building? Any if there any tips for just getting started? TIA!
