I’m looking to invest in a 2-4 family home and was wondering if $20,000 is enough to get started? I live in the Stamford/Norwalk area of Fairfield County, CT.

@Matt Kendall Fairfield will be easier than Norwalk & Stamford. I invest in those towns and can help if you need
