From my experiences if you’re a first time homebuyer and taking advantage of low down payment FHA mortgages - you can definitely get started in multi family in FFC for $20,000 FHA will want you to Owner occupy it - are you looking to purchase in Stamford/Norwalk? You may want to check out some other towns in FFC
