Looking to Connect with Out of State Investors

I just posted my first message, and I’m here to follow up! I am looking for out of state investors that I could learn from and connect with!

I want to get into Real Estate Wholesaling, but the market here in California seems quite saturated and expensive. I feel that starting out of state would be the wisest route for me (unless someone could tell me otherwise).
