Finally ready to get out of analysis paralysis. Lived In St Louis in the 90’s love the area, thoughts on the city today?

@Tony Cappadoro St.Louis is a great city it just has some areas to stay away from due to low property value and crime. There are even pockets of nice areas within the bad areas. That being said I would stay away from buying in those areas because there is so much unknown. I have noticed that the St.Louis market is a great one, you just have to know what to look for and where to buy.
