3 tips for someone about to buy their first rental property
What are 3 tips you would give to a brand new investor (myself)? I’m new to Bigger Pockets and have been reading about real estate for the past couple months. I’m making a move soon and am looking for a couple pieces of good advice about making an investment in rental property in 2021.
