4 Partners in RE Investment Group?
Is 4 people in a real estate investment partnership or group too many? Does the profit fit just not work with this amount of people involved? Has anyone had experience with this or have their group set up this way? We'd each be bringing something different to the table but trying to figure out if this even works from a profitability standpoint. (we'd focus on fix/flips and buy/holds) TIA!
