What do you spend your time doing?
I'm an investor in Dallas area with over 500 rentals and mortgage notes, and 10 full-time employees, and I was thinking back on my day and how much time I spend solving problems instead of finding deals. What does your day look like and how have you worked to spend more time on money-making deals?
