What's the minimum amount of W2 income needed to refinance BRRRR properties? I know all banks are different, just trying to get a general idea. Thanks in advance

This would depend what you are using for a loan product. If you are using a traditional loan that would depend on the amount you are trying to refinance for. They will take into account your income and your debts to make a Debt to Income ratio. All the typical loan products such as FHA and Conventional have a maximum Debt/Income you have to be at
