Question for Young Investors!

Hi all!

I’m currently working on creating new valuable content so realtors can be as effective as possible to help young real estate investors. I would greatly appreciate it if you could take the time to answer these questions, feel free to skip through and answer whatever you want!

  1. What were some of the key motivations for you to want to invest?
  2. Why was that important to you?
  3. How was that impacting your day to day life? What is the financial, emotional, and psychological pain that you are/were experiencing?
  4. How was that impacting the relationship with your loved ones?
  5. What was the biggest headache you were facing? Did it have to do with finances or personal problems??
  6. What reservations did/do you have about working with a real estate agent?
  7. (For current investors) Was there a specific moment that triggered you to decide to invest, for instance “Okay, we need to do this NOW because I can’t deal with X anymore.”

Thank you for all of the help, I am very motivated to help young investors being that I am one of them and feel they are often underserved!
