Hello, I'm an investor from Miami, FL but I'm currently looking for deals in Saint Louis Missouri. Preferably 4 door or more and with potential to increase rents. I will be visiting the city on April 27th, 2021, please let me know if you can assist me on my search. Budget is up to 3MM.
