30 day Vacation Rentals

Has anybody had any luck with short term vacation rentals with a minimum of 30 day stays? I am looking for investment opportunities in Pinellas county more specifically Saint Petersburg and they have local laws that limit the number of times you can rent for under 30 days! Any input is appreciated.

Yes, there are plenty of people that rent for 1-3-6 months.  Mid-term rentals are a great in-between that gives great returns and way less stress from turnovers!

Check furnished finders to see some rates and to get an idea of occupancy.

St Petersburg and the beaches nearby are great for that.  Even for people that commute from Pinellas to Tampa, but there are a ton of jobs in St Pete, too.  And there are a lot of people right now that can work from anywhere and they are taking the opportunity to stay on a semi-vacation while still working.  That gives them plenty of time to enjoy the area!
