Can I have the deed put in an LLC for it to be a rental

I recently became the administrator of my mothers estate. She had no Will. I'm preparing to get the deed to the house(very small). Can it be put in an LLC and not my personal name. I am hoping to buy my own home soon(growing family) and would like to take advantage of FHA loan but if my mothers home is deeded to me and not the LLC I may not qualify for a 1st time home buyer advantage.
