Air BNB or vacation home in the Bahamas looking to invest
Currently have access to prime real estate in the Bahamas. Great for international investors looking to invest in paradise. Air BNB is growing and coming out of a pandemic tourist our exploring this option more and more. Properties on hand are within .5 miles of beautiful beaches. Sellers are motivated and investment may not last long. Pricing ranging from 350k to 235k. Curious if any one has invested in the Bahamas, pros and cons?
