Contractor App for Rehab Estimate
Hey Guys/Gals,
Is there a app I can share with my contractor that they can walk through a property and quickly add estimates item by item.
Like: Kitchen - $5,000
Appliances - $6,000
Bath 1 - $x
Bed 1 - $y
Bed 2- $z
etc etc.. Most times we get 15-30 min to visit a property and having an app that they or me can input basic items with prices including pictures etc would be an awesome value add for an investor/wholesaler/flipper in a fast moving showings.
Not sure if one exists. Thoughts?
