Looking for a way to get a good mentor in the houston/katy area
Im a 19 year old 1 year out of highschool , looking for a real estate investor mentor to help guide me along the process of dealing with paperwork , contracts , deals , tax form and many other things that i don’t know yet.
I’ve been interested in real estate investing for 2 years now understanding the basics of that i can , but i want to take it further as i’ve been working on my credit and saving up to buy my first rental property so i want to make sure i’m prepared for anything .
I’m really just looking for someone who can give me the insight on their experiences and knowledge on the topic of real estate investing , looking for any knowledge looking to be given from experienced investors
if anyone has somewhere to look for some mentors or has people who mentor it would be appreciated
