New to real estate and this app
Hey everyone , I’m 20 years old and I’ve currently saved a little over 20k. The area where I live is a super hot market but very hard to get into because our prices are so high right now making it pretty much impossible to get into. Does anyone have any advice. I’ve thought about looking at other places in the US, but it makes me nervous that I wouldn’t be close enough to go drive and check up on the property.
