off market deal outside Charlotte, NC
I have a very strong lead on an off-market 5 Bed 2 Bath 3800+ sqft house outside of Charlotte, North Carolina on 6.5 acres. House was built in the 1920s and needs a full rehab. I ran numbers and it looks like a great deal *but* I don’t have the bandwidth or cash to take on this entire project right now. I’m not sure the best way to move forward. What do y’all think?
