Hi there! I am currently using Excel spreadsheets for our rental properties and would like to know of some other options for REI Bookkeeping? I would greatly appreciate any recommendations!

Thank You,

Sian

Kim is right. QBO is the industry standard.

You'll want the plus version, which allows for class tracking.

If you don't need super robust reporting, if you don't need a balance sheet, or if you don't need your CPA to set into your books, check out Stessa or Landlord studio.
