Is Canton good for STR?

Hello!

I'm a new investor looking in the Asheville area for a STR cabin. Any insights into if Canton is a good location? Property is about 30 min from Asheville.

I would check out AirDNA and see what rates and occupancy look like if you haven't already. There's an enormous stinky paper mill there but also a burgeoning small town downtown. Wouldn't recommend buying site unseen because of the mill.
