Bad data in, bad data out. 

Las Vegas median price June of 2021 was $355k. So either property values are up 53% from their stated May price of $232k to June, or they’re using bad data. 

Maybe they don’t have access to google, but nobody who lives west of the Mississippi would say vegas properties are cheaper than they were in 2006.
