South Jersey investors!
On the hunt on my first deal in South Jersey, Specifically Cherry Hill and Willingboro. Homes are selling 5%+ over asking. This definitely eats away at any good equity position and cash flow but i feel like this market will continue to appreciate rapidly in the next years. Anyone have any insights?
