Establishing a Real Estate Syndication by end of 22- Thoughts?

Good Evening All,

I am a new investor in WA, and currently have only one SFR cross-country (Grovetown, GA). Long-Distance Real Estate Investing changed my life. The more I listen to the flagship podcast, the more large multifamily entices me. I have a lot going on, like college courses, which literally PAY ME (GI Bill). I plan on finishing, hence the 2022 goal. MY goal of "establish" is loose, I'd like to have a team in place and begin to heavily research deals, anywhere. I am an IT Project Manager by trade and team building/problem solving is a blast to me. Trust that I would not take this responsibility lightly. I just have a feeling I was meant for this. Has anyone else transitioned DIRECTLY from SFR to syndication? Any thoughts or tips are appreciated. In the meantime, I am reading the Multifamily Millionaire series.

Yes, many have done that. It is difficult and requires a lot of perseverance. Basically, you have to drop everything else you can and completely commit to it. Don't quit your job yet, but any other distractions you have need to be reconsidered!
